My stay at Triada Palm Springs had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, which made us feel welcomed right away. though the room itself did not quite meet our expectations regarding cleanliness and amenities. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to downtown and several attractive spots, but the overall condition and cleanliness of our room left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic time at Triada Palm Springs! The upgraded room was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and palms.
